THE CHALLENGE
CEZ is a large organization and having many different projects and departments sometimes leads to different designs across the company and consistency gets lost easily.
CEZ wanted to create a complex, consistent design system which would serve the whole organisation. To create consistency and also save time and valuable resources.
THE SOLUTION
We compiled what already existed and found a lot of different styles and versions of same elements. First we performed the audit to get to know what is the actual situation.
After that we performed series of workshops with the relevant stakeholders and sketched some first versions. We tested these for usability and likeability with the real CEZ customers and came up with unified system.
